While there has been no official announcement regarding the making of Coraline 2, the stop-motion animated dark fantasy film (2009), based on Neil Gaiman’s novel of the same name, remains a popular horror choice again and again. With a dedicated fan base and many awesome collectible choices, the film’s unique blend of fantastical elements, eerie atmosphere, and compelling storytelling leaves audiences craving a sequel. 

So, why hasn’t it happened yet?

Despite the success and popularity of Coraline, there are no plans from the studio, director, or author regarding the creation of Coraline 2. Gaiman has also expressed his satisfaction with the movie adaptation and has not hinted at any intentions to continue the story.
